Hoytrabajo offers a solution for job seeking and hiring in the informal job sector. Any mid to low wage job seeker can register online and get job alerts via web. Employers access our database and can browse trough all the candidates CVs and choose to contact them. We are currently focused on Buenos Aires. The model is scalable, replicable and sustainable given that there is no other digital job site targeted at the informal job sector in Argentina and the internet access rate is growing fast.
